The Whitehaven team of Bruce Scott, Adam Workman and Candice Scott hosted an evening with a group of interested boaties out on the Harbour Classic 40 for sunset drinks and to experience the wonders of this one-of-a-kind cruising motor yacht.

Despite the fiery pall from the tragic bushfires, which dulled the typical Sydney-blue skies, it was a wonderful occasion, getting to know great customers and further understanding their boating preferences.

The two-hour cruise on Sydney Harbour was a scenic sojourn complemented by cheese, wine and wonderful conversation.

Patrons at Woolloomooloo wharf restaurants stopped their socialising and called out comments about our “beautiful boat”, deemed the “Harbour jewel” in a recent review in Ocean magazine.

The feedback centred around the vessels’ impressive styling, the stability of the Seakeeper, the Twin Disc position hold and the host of features in the galley, particularly the full-size fridge.

Prospective buyers are working through their boating wish lists! Bruce Scott assured them that if they provide Whitehaven with their final vision for their “dream boats”, he is positive that Whitehaven can build them a vessel which meets their requirements within their budgets.

The next series of sunset drinks will be hosted over the summer boating season providing clients with a private viewing of the boat, test drive, Sydney Harbour mini cruise, with cheese and drinks and the opportunity to ask questions of our Sydney-based dealer, Adam Workman and Whitehaven owner, Bruce Scott.
