Tony Pell — or “T” as he’s known by many — has been a proud Northern Gold Coast local since 1987, with a long-standing passion for the marine lifestyle and social boating. Bringing years of professional experience in power boat sales, Tony is deeply immersed in all aspects of the marine industry.
Backed by a strong background in sales, finance, and business ownership, Tony brings a professional, considerate, and attentive approach to selling both new and pre-owned vessels. He prides himself on delivering a smooth and supportive experience for every client.

Bruce Scott
A seasoned businessman, entrepreneur and passionate yachtsman, Bruce is the driving force behind the Spectrum group.
After successfully growing and selling one of Australia’s largest privately owned logistics businesses, his passion for boating and being on the water saw his impressive career take a new course into the marine industry.
Bruce is the proud owner of a fully customised 2010 Whitehaven 7000 Flybridge. He was so impressed with the build quality, seakeeping ability and luxurious fitout of “Komotion” he decided to buy Whitehaven and present to the market Australia’s leading brand of bespoke motor yachts.
Bruce’s pursuit of excellence has seen the addition of new brands and constant improvement in design and production techniques evolving into the range of Whitehaven and Integrity Motor Yachts we see today.
Ryan Hanson
A boat builder by formal qualifications and more than two decade’s experience in boat production, Ryan’s time is largely spent in Asia overseeing the construction of Whitehaven and Integrity vessels.
Ryan’s combination of design flair and precision draughtsmanship is recognisable in every vessel created by our brands, hand-crafted under his supervision to customers’ specific design requirements.
He is known for his fastidious attention to detail and innovative approach to boat building that ensures the latest manufacturing techniques and technologies are incorporated.
Candice Scott
Based in the Sydney office, Candice Scott is the Head of Corporate for Spectrum Marine, Whitehaven and Integrity Motor Yachts. She has an extensive career in supply chain management working in global roles across the Asia Pacific.
Candice made the decision to join her family’s boating business in 2019 where she leverages her Masters in Business Administration to successfully manage the group’s marine operations.
She loves sharing the family’s passion for being on the water with the rest of the Spectrum team along with like minded clients, most of whom she now counts as friends.
